On course: Tony Gibb gets to grips with the course
CYCLING: Former world and Commonwealth Games track meddalist Tony Gibb recorded a personal best and course record at a time trial event near Hatfield on Sunday.
The 28-year-old from South Ruislip also won a midweek event in a time of 20 minutes, four seconds.
He said: "Neither of the courses are renowned for being particularly fast, so I am really pleased with my times.
