Winners included Amanpreet Heer, 18, from the Southall squadron. Over the last few years, she has developed into a strong leader. She is always encouraging to younger cadets and has a positive attitude in everything she does.

Her biggest achievement was delivering a radio training syllabus to a group aiming to achieve cadet qualifications. With her leadership, 22 cadets went on to graduate through her first course.

Amanpreet decided to spend her £250 grant on additional radio equipment to help develop her training.
