Derrick White recorded a career-high 36 points as the San Antonio Spurs pulled a game ahead in their play-off series against the Denver Nuggets.

Tobias Harris and Ben Simmons helped the Philadelphia 76ers take a 2-1 series lead over the Brooklyn Nets.
The Sixers beat the Nets 131-115 on Thursday, with Simmons scoring 31 points with four rebounds, while Harris scored 29 points with 16 rebounds.
D’Angelo Russell scored 26 for Brooklyn, as did Caris LeVert.
The Golden State Warriors clinched a one-game lead over the Los Angeles Clippers with a 132-103 thrashing at the Clippers’ Staples Center base.
Kevin Durant racked up 38 points with four rebounds, while Stephen Curry added 21 to push the Warriors high over their fellow Californians.
