QPR caretaker chief John Eustace wants QPR to show 'fight and desire' as they battle to keep their season alive against Swansea.
The R's are six points clear of relegation but rudderless after the dismissal of Steve McClaren at the end of March.
Yet Eustace was encouraged by the grit his side showed in the midweek draw at Millwall and wants more of the same against the Swans.
"The main aim was to get a reaction after Saturday and the lads did that,” he told the club's official website.
“They were very good on the night and that’s the standard we expect.
“It’s important we show the same fight and desire from now until the end of the season and make the fans proud of the team. I think the boys’ efforts on Wednesday did that and it’s important we do the same again."
Tim Sherwood, Mark Warburton and Michael Appleton have all been linked with the Loftus Road hotseat but chief executive Lee Hoos is as yet unmoved.
By contrast, Swansea have stuck by Graham Potter and sit comfortably mid-table, heading to West London on the back of a 3-1 win over Stoke.
“They’re an excellent team and they’ll be coming into this one full of confidence," said Eustace.
“Graham’s done a good job there and they’re one of the most attractive teams in the league. We know it’s going to be a really tough test for us.”
