GUNNERSBURY Park & Museum will open its long-awaited café in collaboration with Ealing-based sustainable food supplier The Pure Food Company on January 5.
Located next to the entrance to Gunnersbury Museum in Popes Lane, the redesigned Pure in the Park café promises a family and wallet-friendly menu including breakfast bagels, mezze boxes and Smash burgers.
David Bowler, Gunnersbury CEO, said: “Pure Food shares our ethos around quality, value and sustainability.
“We believe this partnership will not only benefit our community and estate, but give visitors from across London and beyond another compelling reason to visit Gunnersbury Park & Museum.”
Pure in the Park will distribute leftover food to charities and food banks. It will also work with the museum and community gardening team to make use of produce grown on site.
The spacious interior offers inside and outside seating with a patio and playground for alfresco dining and playtime.
All revenue received from Pure in the Park will go towards the essential upkeep and maintenance of Gunnersbury Museum & Park.
