YEAR 11 students at Notting Hill & Ealing High School celebrated excellent GCSE results, with 46% of entries awarded grade 9, 75% entries grade 9 or 8 and 90% grades 9 to 7.
Eleven students achieved 10 grade 9s, and seven more achieved nine grade 9s.
A total of 26 girls gained straight 9s and 8s and 54 girls (more than half the year group) gained all 9 to 7 grades.
Matthew Shoults, headmaster, said: They’ve shown real determination and energy in their studies, and we are so proud of them.
“These results set up the girls up to thrive in the sixth form. I am very grateful to all our staff for their support and inspiration.”
Last week, NHEHS announced an exceptional set of A-level results, with 27% of entries graded A* and 69% graded A* or A.
