Developer SO Resi has received more than 300 inquiries for the 52 apartments since March.
SO Flexi Acton was formally launched in a ceremony attended by the Mayor of Ealing and leading figures on the council.
As a London Living Rent development, it is aimed at people who have been priced out of buying a home.
Residents can rent an apartment at a discounted rate for a fixed period, with a view to buying it at the end of the tenancy, using Shared Ownership.
SO Flexi Acton is located near Acton Park conservation area, close to Acton main line station, Acton Central and East Acton stations
The one-, two- and three-bedroom flats start from £1,107 per month.
