NHS TALKING Therapies is the new name of West London NHS Trust’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service.

The aim is to make people aware that free structured support is available for common mental health challenges, like anxiety and depression.

Alongside the name change will be a simplified referral process, greater emphasis on listening to community ideas and creating a more welcoming experience.

The rebranded service will continue to provide guided self-help, cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling for depression and interpersonal therapies.

Talking Therapies is a free service in the boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow.
