PLANS for a new 699-unit student accommodation block and 91 flats in North Acton have been submitted to Ealing Council.
Located in Victoria Road, close to North Acton Tube, they would replace the existing Holiday Inn Express.
The scheme would involve two new towers rising to 17 and 35 storeys for the student block.
Developers Downing have previously built The Lyra and The Holbrook in North Acton.
