A MAN has been charged after a woman died in a crash on the A40 near Park Royal.
Rida Kazem, 23, of Costons Avenue, Greenford, was charged in December with causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and failing to provide a sample of blood.
He appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in January and will next appear in custody this Thursday (16) at Isleworth Crown Court.
The charge relates to a collision on the westbound A40 close to Park Royal Underground Station in the early hours of August 22.
A 33-year-old woman died at the scene.
