A NEW estate of 92 affordable homes in Northolt will be built in modular style.
The development, on behalf of Broadway Living, Ealing Council’s wholly-owned housing company, will use standardised stackable parts, which should accelerate the work and reduce building waste.
Northolt Grange will be built by HOK on a one-acre site bordered by Rushdene Crescent, Hartfield Avenue and Down Way. It will be a mix of flats and family houses.
There will be a public park and a new entrance to the existing St Raphael’s Primary School, allowing pupils to enjoy the outdoor space.
