PEOPLE are being encouraged to have their say about the future of hospitals services.
One Way Forward will be the foundation of a new five-year plan that will shape the future of Ealing, Central Middlesex and Northwick Park hospitals and community services.
The short online survey, which is available in English, Gujarati, Punjabi, Polish, Romanian and Arabic, allows people to say what needs to be improved as the size and longevity of the population continues to grow.
Chief executive Pippa Nightingale said: “The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and the more people who take part the greater the influence our communities will have about healthcare.”

All entrants will be included in a prize draw for a £100 or one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.
