Familiar sight: Crystals in Twyford Abbey Road
A PARK Royal property that has hosted dozens of weddings and parties is up for auction with a guide price of £600,000.
The three-storey property in Twyford Abbey Road is let to Crystals of London - a Romanian restaurant and event venue - and a martial arts gym.
It will be sold at the Acuitus commercial property auction on March 31 at 1pm.
Charlie Powter, of Acuitus, said: “This property is particularly well-known to London's Romanian community and is very popular for hosting weddings and other events.”
It is close to Park Royal tube station and also the Hanger Lane A40/A406 junction.
The auction will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website, with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
