DETECTIVES investigating the sexual assault of a teenage boy on a bus in Northolt have released this image of a man they want to identify.
The incident took place on the afternoon of Thursday, August 12. The victim boarded a route 282 bus near the White Hart Roundabout just after 4pm.
A man had engaged him in conversation at the bus stop and sat next to him on the upper deck.
On the journey towards Ealing Hospital, the man made remarks of a sexual nature and touched the victim inappropriately.
Det Insp John Millward said: “This was a frightening experience for the young victim. Fortunately, he did not sustain any physical injuries, but he was understandably left very shaken.
“We have conducted a number of enquiries to identify the man. If anyone recognises him, I would urge them to come forward.”
