YOU can celebrate Ealing’s culinary history with a masterclass in making an iconic black forest gateau during Heritage Week at the University of West London this autumn.
Chef and culinary arts lecturer Ben Christopherson will lead the free online demonstration, helping residents get to grips with perfecting the classic cake.
UWL’s London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism has been teaching culinary arts in Ealing for more than 70 years.
A select number of guests will have the chance to go to the Ealing campus and make their cake in the kitchens under instruction from the chef.
