THE final collection of homes at Filmworks in Ealing, comprising 18 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, is ready for occupation.
St George, part of the Berkeley Group, is selling them from £589,950.
It is laying on food, drink and live jazz on the piazza this Saturday (21) as prospective buyers get a chance to view.
Pop-up eateries will be open from 11am-4pm, including The Green Egg, The Indians Next Door, Scottish Kitchen and Grays & Feather, offering champagne and oysters.
As the site of the former Forum Theatre, the restoration at Filmworks integrates the historic frontage into the new development.
The concierge at Bogart House features one of the original chandeliers from the Forum, which has been restored to its former glory.
Once complete, Filmworks will feature an eight-screen cinema with more than 1,000 seats.
