While the nation has been counting down to the end of lockdown restrictions and being able to embrace an unfettered social life once more, 70 per cent of us are keen to escape the expected urban hustle and bustle before it even starts.

In fact, 76 per cent of busy Britons claim they find it very hard to keep calm in our frantic, modern world, with average Brit saying they feel stressed out for up to 13 hours a day. In addition to this, more than three quarters of modern Brits admit they struggle to keep calm in their daily lives, and almost a third of us (31 percent) said the lifting of lockdown restrictions had added to their anxiety.
