ARMED robbers struck at two bookmakers in Ealing over the weekend.
Two men struck at William Hills in Greenford Road just after 9pm on Saturday (December 29).
The pair entered brandishing a black handgun, and demanded the takings from the two members of staff who were on duty, before making off with the money Both suspects are described as black, and the one with the gun is described as being 5ft 9inches tall, wearing a black flecked hooded top with a grey scarf covering his face.
On Friday two men armed with a black handgun attempted to rob Ladbrokes in Church Road, Northolt at about 3.40pm.
The pair burst into the shop and shouted "this is a robbery" but were forced to leave empty handed when they could not get behind the counter.
Both were described as black, and were wearing balaclavas.
