DETAILS are emerging of the controversial development to replace Perceval House in Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
It was approved by the council in the face of stiff opposition from residents and Ealing Central MP Rupa Huq.
Under the plans, the existing council offices and car park at Perceval House will be redeveloped to create a new civic hub, including smaller council offices, a new library and a customer service centre.
Of the 477 new homes, half will be affordable, located within six new blocks.
Pedestrian and cycle routes will be built in, plus a mix of workspace, shops and leisure space.
Vistry Partnerships London Developments will be Ealing Council’s development partner.
