London’s least used station is South Greenford in Ealing which had just 28,382 visitors from April 2019 to March 2020, that works out at less than 78 passengers per day.

That's according to railway regulator the Office of Rail and Road, which every year releases stats about the most used stations in Britain.

Top of the list of the 2,567 stations in Britain this year, and for the past 16 years, was London Waterloo with 86.9 million entries and exits in 2019-20.

This was 7.3 million less than the previous year due to the impact of COVID-19.

But for every list that has a top there also has to be a bottom, so what are the least used stations in London?

South Greenford is the least used, but three of the bottom ten London stations are in Ealing, with Draydon Green, and Castle Bar Park also making the list in second and fifth place respectively.

The rest of the list includes stations from Brent, Harrow, Merton, Enfield and Bromley.

South Greenford (28,382)

Drayton Green (31,610)

Sudbury & Harrow Road (38,058)

Sudbury Hill Harrow (79,082)

While these figures might seem low, especially compared to London Waterloo, they are still considerably above the overall least used station, Berney Arms in Norfolk which had just 42 visitors all year.

In the top ten most used stations this year only one, Birmingham New Street, was from outside of London.
