A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a fire at a house in Derwent Drive, Hayes, this morning (16).
Most of the loft and roof space of the semi-detached home was damaged.
Four people left the building before the brigade arrived and one woman was taken to hospital after inhaling smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
The brigade was called at 4am and the fire was under control by 7.24. Four fire engines and around 25 crew from Hillingdon and Southall fire stations were at the scene.
The cause is under investigation.
THREE fire engines and around 15 crew attended a blaze at a terraced house in Bath Road, Harlington, on Saturday afternoon.
A small area of the first floor was destroyed.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus rescued a man from the first floor and he was treated after inhaling smoke.
