CHILDREN from Bronington VA Primary School have been celebrating harvest in a variety of different ways.
The children in class one painted pictures using their hands and fingers, and harvesting vegetables from their vegetable patch, meanwhile class two made their own bread rolls.
As part of their learning, children have been studying how to be 'ethical, informed citizens of Wales and the world'.
Through this, they learnt about the struggles a child and her family living in the Amazon Rainforest face to find enough food to feed themselves within the forest.
Years 4, 5 and 6 spent the day creating wishes for a better world, specifically one without hunger.
They discussed food inequality around the world then developed their art and design skills by working collaboratively to make kites with positive messages on them.
