The widow of Watford legend Graham Taylor joined constructors last week after a significant milestone was reached at a new housing development.
Rita Taylor was invited to Thrive Homes' building site in St Albans Road in Watford on October 22 for a topping out ceremony.
Housing association Thrive Homes is building two towers which will be named in memory of the former Watford manager Graham Taylor - the blocks will be called Graham Court and Taylor Point.
The 90 homes, a mixture of affordable rent and shared ownership, are being built on the site of a former car showroom on the corner of St John's Road.
A topping ceremony, traditionally held when the last beam is placed atop a structure during its construction, took place with Rita in attendance

Jack Burnham, development director at Thrive Homes, said: "As a professional landlord committed to creating quality homes where people enjoy living, Thrive Homes is delighted to bring this new development to Watford.
"Named in memory of a Watford icon, Graham Court and Taylor Point will provide comfortable, affordable homes that meet a range of customers’ needs and help the community continue to thrive."
