THERE is only a few days left to see the exhibition of The Warehouse Eleven at Newtown Textile Museum.

September 29 will be the last day the textile museum will be open this summer.

This means it will also be the last day you can see this year’s special exhibition which tells the story of the 1914 football team and what happened to them in World War One.

The opening hours are 12pm to 4pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Precautions to protect against coronavirus are in place to ensure social distancing and there is a timed-entry booking system in place for those who want to guarantee the time of their visit.

Go to newtowntextilemuseum to book a free ticket.

You can also visit without a ticket but you may have to wait to be let in. Masks will now have to be worn when you are in the building under the terms of the latest Welsh Government requirements.

Once in, you can stay as long as you like – but keeping to the two metre rule.

The museum is asked to collect contact information from visitors for Track and Trace if a visitor does subsequently test positive for coronavirus.
