SIXTH-formers and staff at Elthorne Park High School in Hanwell are celebrating more than 80% of A-level exam grades awarded at A* - C, more than 60% at A* - B and a quarter at A* - A.

Top-performing students were George Powell, who achieved A*, A*, A* in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics, along with an A in his Extended Project, and Curtis Parfitt-Ford, who achieved A*, A, A in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, along with an A* in his Extended Project.

Sam Baldwin achieved an A* in both Maths and Physics, with an A in Further Maths, while Lola Genet achieved an A* in French and Sociology along with a B grade in Psychology.

The school is also delighted with its BTEC results. Top achiever was Phoebe Shield who gained D*D*D* in BTEC Health & Social Care, along with a B in Sociology.
