A MAN has appeared in court charged with murder following a death in Hanwell.
Leon Joseph, 36, of Elfwine Road, Hanwell, appeared on Thursday (23) at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court charged with the murder of 60-year-old Glenroy Joseph.
He was additionally charged with actual bodily harm and two counts of assault by beating.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday (27).
Police were called shortly after 6pm on Monday to reports of a disturbance outside a house in Elfwine Road. They found a man with a serious head injury.
An ambulance crew attended, but the man was pronounced dead.
Joseph was arrested the next day for this incident and one in Ealing involving two male victims.
