NORTHOLT’S fund-raising ‘Elvis’, who entertained the neighbours during lockdown, has left the building – but fans are assured there’s more rock ‘n’ roll on the way.
Elvis impersonator Jason Cole gave his second concert to people on the Racecourse estate last night (21), to lift their spirits and to collect money for NHS charities.
He and wife Lisa originally set out to raise £500 but have now passed £900. They aim to improve on that with a picnic party in the Racecourse park on Thursday evening, June 4.

This time, though, devotees can look forward to hearing Jason as Eddie Cochran, Billy Fury, Johnny Cash and others.
Lisa said: “Performing in the park will also help with social distancing. Should bad weather be forecast, we will carry it over to the following Thursday.
“We’d love everyone to come down, support the NHS and get ready to rock ‘n’ roll!”
