He and his three siblings were rescued by the charity after being smuggled into the UK illegally.

Dogs Trust rehoming centres remain closed to the public, but a small number of dogs are available for adoption.

Leo was adopted via the trust’s ‘handover at home’ system, which has allowed the charity to continue finding new homes during lockdown.

Stephanie McKeon said: "We are already completely head over heels in love with our little Leo and we’ve had the most incredible time getting to know him so far.

“He’s already doing so well after just a short time with us and his confidence and personality are really shining through.”

Richard Moore, rehoming centre manager at Harefield, said: “A lot of the team here are Frozen fans so we are so glad to have helped find Stephanie her paw-fect match.”
