READY meals supplier Charlie Bigham’s is delivering free meals to homes around its Park Royal kitchen.
A total of 1,500 free lasagne meals for two are being hand-delivered to every house, on selected streets, as far as Ealing and Acton.
Should the meal not be needed, recipients are encouraged to gift it to another neighbour who would benefit from it.
Founder Charlie Bigham said: “We’re proud to live and work beside our neighbours in Park Royal, where community efforts to support one another through present challenges, demonstrate the force for good that exists locally.”
In recent weeks, Charlie Bigham’s has increased food donations to long-standing charity partner City Harvest. Additional meals have also been given to hospitals, care homes and food banks.
