SHOPS, cafés and restaurants as well as a new village square are planned for Boston Road, Hanwell, in a joint venture to provide 333 homes close to the station.
A2Dominion and Higgins are linking for their first joint venture.
The homes will be in three blocks, featuring contemporary soft brickwork, to contrast with the dark frames of the shop fronts.
Garden terraces, play space for children and rooftop gardens will be incorporated in the scheme to try to develop a community theme.
