Rated: Cumberland Park
A CARE service in Acton received a ‘good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission following an inspection.
Ealing Care Services, also known as Cumberland Park, is a supported living service, where staff are on site 24 hours a day to provide personal care and support for residents with mental health needs.
Residents each have their own one-bedroom or studio apartment.
The inspector said staff were respectful of people's wishes and preferences and that independence was promoted.
Sharon Johnson, local service manager for Sanctuary Supported Living, said: “Our priority is making sure residents feel safe, supported and able to live as independently as they want. It’s wonderful to have this recognised.”
