RUISLIP, Northwood and Pinner MP David Simmonds visited Dogs Trust West London in Harefield today (28) and was greeted by a host of waggy tails. 

Mr Simmonds was given a tour of the rehoming centre, based in Harvil Road, and met a number of dogs awaiting their forever homes, including Honey the Greyhound.  

Manager Richard Moore said: “David cares passionately about animal welfare and it was a fantastic opportunity to discuss key dog welfare issues we feel so strongly about.”

Mr Simmonds said: “It was fantastic to see the wonderful efforts of staff who work so tirelessly to ensure all of the dogs in their care are incredibly well looked after.”
