A MACMILLAN nurse from Ealing Hospital was a special guest at Made in Chelsea's TV coffee morning.

Sarah Rehana, Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist, was one of the guests of honour on the show’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning with the cast at a roof top bar in Olympia.

Alex Mytton, one of the show’s stars, hosted the coffee morning in memory of his mum, who died from brain cancer this year and was supported by Macmillan Cancer Support.

Alex had a special thank-you for Sarah, who was representing Macmillan together with her colleagues Lucie and Pauline, from Queen’s Hospital in Romford.

Sarah said: “We had real fun filming – it was certainly very different from our day job! We were made to feel very welcome and Alex’s message was very moving.

“I think we know we make a difference to people’s lives and share in times that are so difficult for them, but to be told we are doing a great job is always so nice to hear.”

Macmillan is funded almost entirely by donations.
