A music festival will bring back its favourite artists to mark its 20th anniversary.

Sarratt Festival of Music at Sarratt Village Hall will take place again this year over two weekends and will include artists that have featured at the festival over the past two decades.

The 30-voice Choir of Christchurch College Oxford will perform on Friday (September 20). The choir will be singing works from the Renaissance period through to the 20th century.

They will also perform a variety of works from composers John Taverner, Henry Tallis, Giles Swayne and Gustav Holst.

Guitarist Craig Ogden will perform this Saturday (September 21). Mr Ogden has performed concertos with orchestras across the world.

A concerto is a musical composition composed of three movement usually one solo instrument which is accompanied by an orchestra or concert band.

Chris Garrick, Peter Fisher and friends will recreate the musical partnership of Stephane Grappelli and Yehudi Menuhin next Friday (September 27).

Gala Final Concert with pianist John Lill will perform next Saturday (September 28). He will perform Beethoven's final piano sonata as a tribute to the composer. He will also be performing Robert Schumann's Kinderscenen and other works from composers such as Johannes Brahms.
