THE pressures of running a home and holding down a job can leave working mothers feeling overwhelmed and muddling their way through each day.
In This Moment, a new book by Ealing’s Jacqueline Shakespeare offers a solution.
Through years of experience, she has developed a winning combination of mindful principles and a practical approach.
To celebrate the book’s launch, Pitshanger Bookshop in Pitshanger Lane will be hosting an event with Jacqueline on Thursday, July 18 at 7pm.

Jacqueline said: “I understand the tough and never-ending challenges we, as parents, face each day.
“This can leave us feeling like contentment is too far out of our reach. I believe this shouldn’t be the case, so I am on a mission to change it.”
Jacqueline Shakespeare is a mother of two, married to John and works as a partner at consultants Sullivan & Stanley, where her clients include Mastercard and EE.
In This Moment is also available to buy at Amazon.co.uk from £11.99.
