Anyone for tea? The three residents with home manager Margaret Siriwardena and care supervisor Reizle Gamboa
STAFF from Torkington House care home in Creswick Road, Acton, arranged afternoon tea at Harrods for three residents, Cyril Ward, Mary Cross and Jessie Robb, to celebrate Dignity Action Day on Friday.
They were picked up from Torkington House by a limousine and taken to the store, which arranged complimentary afternoon tea and a glass of complimentary Champagne.
Cyril, an employee of Harrods for 15 years, was given a special gift by the store and the others received presents and keepsakes.
