EALING’S child protection staff, disability workers and community benefits teams are using a new software system that more easily accesses records.
Mosaic makes client information available to council staff even when they are operating remotely and will help them to better manage caseloads.

It can be used by finance staff to manage payments and budgets and allows case workers to stay connected even in wi-fi blind spots.
Information about an entire family can be condensed into one report, which is easier to digest for both social worker and the director of service.
Mosaic, developed by Servelec, is already being used extensively by council staff.
