BLO Bar, a hair and beauty salon, is the latest addition to the Dickens Yard shopping and leisure complex at Ealing Broadway.

Treatments include manicures and pedicures, colouring, cuts, Brazilian blow dries, make-up, waxing, threading, spray tans, wedding services and pamper parties.

It is the second London location for Blo Bar after its first venue in Chiswick.

Kumon, the world’s largest supplementary education provider, is also to open a new learning centre at Dickens Yard.

It is the biggest commercial provider of supplementary education in the world.

Kumon already has more than 650 study centres that deliver maths and English study programmes to more than 70,000 children in this country.

This follows the news that Balans Soho Society, Gail’s Bakery, Tonkotsu, The Skinny Kitchen, Gymbox, Kumon and Jigsaw are due to open at Dickens Yard this year.

In the past 18 months, the centre has also welcomed fitness brand Triyoga, British restaurant Charlotte’s W5 and estate agency Benham Reeves, alongside a new Sunday market operated by Eat Me Drink Me.

Dickens Yard is a new urban quarter in Ealing comprising 700 new homes and shops and restaurants around a public square.
