A BACK to Business networking event, designed to help mums returning to work after maternity leave, is being held this Thursday (18) at Storey’s flexible workspace, International House, Ealing, 6.30-9pm.
The event is organised by Ealing Broadway and The Motherhood, along with Storey.
Special guests include comedian Sam Carrington from Smirk Experience, a stand-up comedy workshop business, who will share his tips on how to present with confidence.
CV workshops will be hosted by Kath Sloggett, founder of Runneth, to give guests advice on how to put their skills down on paper, to help secure interviews.

To attend Back to Business, tickets can be bought at £5 from EventBrite. All proceeds go to children’s charity The Log Cabin, which helps youngsters with special needs and disabilities.
Andrew Rollings, centre director at Ealing Broadway, said: “Returning to work can be daunting after a period of leave. That’s why we’ve designed an event to ensure guests are equipped with the right tools to start working again.
“We hope to see new and familiar faces at what is set to be another exciting Mum Talks session.”
