A CHARITY afternoon of fitness and fun is planned by Everyone Active this Sunday (February 9) at Northolt Leisure Centre.
Funds raised will go to flood and landslide victims in the Eastern Caribbean countries of St. Vincent, the Grenadines, Saint Lucia and Dominica.
Everyone Active general manager Amar Varsani said: ““What better way to raise money than to do something that’s fun and gets us all moving?
“We hope everyone will join us in helping to support those affected by this tragedy.”
Those attending will have a variety of group options including Zumba, Booiaka, Bokwa and Armageddon.
Fitsteps, a new dance fitness class developed by Strictly Come Dancing stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, will also be held.
The drop-in event costs £10 or £2.50 for children under 16 and all proceeds will be sent to the Eastern Caribbean victims.
Visitors are welcome to take part in as many sessions as they wish from 2-6.30pm. Members and non-members are welcome and refreshments will be provided.
The event is organised by Everyone Active, alongside Bushey group exercise instructor Sylvia Johnstone.
