I bought this house over 10 years ago as I loved the size and location. I also really liked the character it offered and the period features. As someone that has always commuted into London a lot, the distance to stations is superb and I often get the bus to Morden and hop straight onto the Northern Line. Despite the convenient location, it's incredibly quiet living here and I often sit out in the garden and feel like I'm in the country somewhere - it's honestly that peaceful! Since living here, I have landscaped the garden, installed a new damp course, replaced the boiler and had new flooring throughout. I also re-tiled the kitchen and re-decorated every room.
