Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Sextons at Hampton Court Ltd has applied to London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames on 21st November 2017 for the grant of a new premises licence at Cardinal Wolsey, Hampton Court Road, Molesey, KT8 9BW. The hours applied for the retail sale of alcohol, recorded music and late-night refreshment are Sunday - Saturday 09:00 until 00:00. Opening hours of the premises are Sunday - Saturday 08:00 until 00:30.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 19th December 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Team, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ.The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.Licensing® Richmond.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at the above address. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under sectionl 58 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
