The Trustees of the North Harrow Tennis Club ("NHTC")

The Trustees of the North Harrow Tennis Club ("NHTC") are seeking an Order from the Court to sell the property known as North Harrow Tennis Club, Cumberland Road, Harrow ("the Property"). Any former members who consider themselves to be entitled to any proceeds of sale of the Property must contact Irwin Mitchell LLP by recorded delivery post by 13 January 2017, sending to EYS, Irwin Mitchell LLP, 2 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4BZ the following information:
a. Details of their full name and postal address for service of documents; and
b. Details of their years of playing membership of NHTC together with evidence of the same; and
c. Confirmation whether or not they claim an interest in the proceeds of sale of the Property, and if so, what interest; and
d. Confirmation that they understand that making such a claim will necessitate their being joined as a Defendant to proceedings for the purposes of their establishing such a claim.
