Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Fuller; Smith & Turner Pic has applied to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as The Plough, 42 Christchurch Road, East Sheen, Richmond, SW14 7AF.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Opening and Films: 07:00 hours to midnight on Sunday to Wednesday inclusive; 07:00 hours to 00:30 hours the following day on Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
2. Late Night Refreshment, Indoor Sporting Events, Recorded Music and anything of a similar description to Recorded Music, Live Music and Performance of Dance: 23:00 hours to midnight on Sunday to Wednesday inclusive; 23:00 hours to 00:30 hours the following day on Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
3. Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: 11 ;00 hours to 23:30 hours on Sunday to Wednesday inclusive; 11:00 hours to midnight on Thursday to Saturday inclusive.
4. Non standard timings as detailed in the application submitted to the licensing authority.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Regulatory Services Partnership, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX no later than 29 November 2021 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website ¦
