United take on Teesside Mohawks in the National Play off quarter finals at Brunel University on Sunday 3rd April tip off at 4pm.

Having beaten Mohawks twice this season in the league London will not be complacent about the game as they have not won any silverware as yet with the league championship and trophy going to Sheffield Arrows, the National Cup going to Reading Rockets.

United were tipped as major silverware contenders this season and have only managed to finish as runners up in the league with a 18-4 winning record. With a couple of major injury problems they have not been able to perform with the intensity that was required in some of the big games and have paid for the loss of Junior Williams and Peter van Elswyk.

Coaches Majewski and Schiller are hoping that both will return for the playoffs. Williams is already training with the team and will be fit for Sundays game against Teesside whereas Van Elswyk will wait until the Semi finals to make his comeback as he is still strengthening the knee in the gym and may not return to team training until next week.

Tickets for Sundays game are available on the door at £4.50 and £1.50 students.
