Bees battered at home
Brentford were no match for Hereford as they lost 3-0 at Griffin Park on Saturday.
The visitors confirmed their promotion from League Two after a convincing win over the Bees.
Gary Hooper rounded Brentford goalkeeper Ben Hamer for the opener after just 18 minutes.
The Bees fell further behind when on-loan Watford striker Theo Robinson struck. The teenager had missed a penalty only seconds before he found the net.
Glenn Poole came closest for the hosts with a free-kick which crashed against the crossbar.
But a disappointing day for Brentford was completed when Simon Johnson added a third for Hereford.
