RANGERS defender Dan Shittu will miss out on the chance to play against China on Saturday after Nigeria called off their planned friendly in the Far East.
The Super Eagles were due to fly to Beijing for the match on Saturday, but the game has been called off as a mark of respect for Nigerian Sports Minister, Ishaya Mark Aku, who was killed in a plane crash in his country at the weekend.
However, Nigeria will be in action at Loftus Road on May 18 when they take on Jamaica in a friendly.
R's midfielder Richard Langley has been called into the Jamaican squad for the game.
Tickets for the match against Jamaica at Loftus Road are now on sale at the club.
