John Higgins admitted Judd Trump is pulling up trees at the moment and will take some stopping.
Higgins and Trump both progressed to the second round of the Welsh Open, Higgins by beating Graeme Dott and Trump defeating Harvey Chandler.
And Trump’s excellent recent form has certainly caught the eye of the Wizard of Wishaw.
“He’s playing with a lot of confidence. He’s one of those players that can just not only play the player, he can bully the table.
“There’s not many players who can do that – he can make things happen on a snooker table – he’s smashing off the lampshades.
“I’ve played him in a lot of matches and I know how difficult he is to contain.”
