Friendly Roads Scheme
Plans to protect five West Ealing Roads from traffic will be put on display on July 8.
At the exhibition in the Conservative Club in Broughton Road, the proposal to turn Hastings, Arden, Denmark, Hartington and Broughton roads into a home zone ,, a scheme to make the roads more people-friendly ,, will come under the microscope. In a survey carried out in May, residents voted in favour of closing Hastings Road as a through route by preventing cars entering from the west. Formal consultation will begin in July.
