Trash and tantrums

BIG Brother's brat of the year Nikki Grahame was dumped twice last week, once by BB winner Pete Bennett and then by Ealing's binmen.

The double whammy came on Wednesday when the pint-sized celebrity jumped on a rubbish truck and got stuck in as part of her E4 programme, Princess Nikki.

Later that night Tourette's syndrome sufferer Pete called her and put an end to their whirlwind love affair.

Refuse collection team leader George said: "She may be a princess, but if she throws a tantrum then we'll just throw one right back."

Kicking and crying her way through the day, Nikki's verdict declared the work "hard" and "stenchy".

Councillor Will Brooks, cabinet member for environment and transport, said: "The council is making huge efforts to restore Ealing's reputation of being the Queen of the Suburbs and we are glad that even Princess Nikki was happy to get her hands dirty and help out.

Princess Nikki will be repeated on Channel 4, at 9.55am on Saturday.
